A refined contemporary bedroom centered on contrast, where rich black upholstery, warm walnut, soft boucle, and aged brass create a space that feels both dramatic and inviting. Clean architectural lines are softened through layered textures and warm indirect lighting, resulting in a calm, boutique hotel-inspired retreat.

Design Response
The room is anchored by a low upholstered bed in deep charcoal fabric, paired with walnut nightstands and a black lacquer dresser elevated on an aged brass plinth. Soft boucle seating, plush wool rugs, linen drapery, and warm cove lighting introduce comfort while maintaining a restrained material palette. Carefully placed sculptural lighting and monochromatic artwork reinforce the minimalist aesthetic without sacrificing character.
